Our Coaches are dedicated fitness professionals who specialise in the area of fitness education. With over 13 campuses across Australia and in excess of 75 Coaches nationally, we'd need a tonne of space to cover them all! So instead we have described the various Coach roles and profiled just a few of our fabulous Coaches who are typical of the high standard and experience on our Training Team.

Our Course Coaches are on campus, face-to-face with our Friends (students), training, guiding and encouraging them in the training room and on the gym floor. They empower, excite and energise our students to have fun as they learn. Experience has taught us that when our Friends are laughing, they are listening; and when they are listening they are learning. Hence we employ a variety of teaching styles and incorporate fun, accelerated learning techniques into our delivery of programs, to assist Friends in grasping concepts quicker and remembering information for longer. Coach in classroomAll of our Coaches are qualified Personal Trainers and/or Massage Therapists, who hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent); have currency in First Aid and have obtained a Working With Children Check. In addition, many hold relevant higher education qualifications at an undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, and/or qualifications in the areas of massage and business. But most of all, they have a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry and demonstrate a genuine desire to empower our Friends to excel in their chosen fitness careers.
Our eCoaches guide and encourage our eFriends - students who study online via the Institute's eCampus. eCoaches provide support, feedback, and direction to our eFriends to ensure they achieve success throughout their online fitness studies and stay on track. They are available to assist eFriends with any queries and maintain regular contact with them to keep them focused and motivated to achieve their goal. eCoaches have similar qualifications to our face-to-face Coaches and in addition, have the IT savvy to conduct virtual classrooms and assist eFriends navigate their way around eCampus.
