NSW Fitness Master Coach

During more than a decade’s coaching with the AIF, Matthew has taught almost 4,000 personal trainers.

As a strength and conditioning coach, he has almost 20 years’ experience working with teams from the NRL, AFL and A-league, including time with the Western Sydney Wanderers Under 20’s and the GWS Giants.

He has also been a Personal Trainer Manager with Fitness First and rehabilitated injured clients in his capacity as an exercise physiologist.

The director of Invictor, a boutique fitness course company that delivers Battle Ropes Conditioning and the 3XB course, Matthew has also presented both practical and business topics at FILEX, the fitness industry’s annual convention.

  • Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA)
  • Level 2 Sports Trainer (SMA)
  • Certificate IV in Remedial Massage
