Michael is a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher and has been working in the fitness industry for over 6 years. He has a particular love for endurance training and distance running.
He started in the industry as a group exercise trainer and yoga teacher, and has worked in strength and conditioning gyms, large franchise gyms, personal training studios and sporting clubs.
Michael’s big goal is to help people to move well and feel good, whatever their background or prior experience. He has a special interest in helping people remain strong as they get older, and encourages his clients to compete in sports whatever their age!
