Nick is the embodiment of living and breathe what he does. as an avid cyclist, Nick is on the bike racing, training or commuting almost every day. He has had the privilege to meet and race with a lot of great cycling identities in Australia over the last two decades, and has accumulated a lot of knowledge in and around sport and fitness in general.
Nick brings with him his experience and formal training in group fitness and physiology. He aims to bring his expertise, knowledge, enthusiasm and passion to his classes so that others can make exercise and health and fitness part of their everyday life.
