Nina is passionate about improving lives. She believes through movement and balanced nutrition one can maintain their health and body. Coaching and mentoring fitness professionals has been her mission to bring quality education to the world. She is also on a journey to continued professional development.

Nina specialises in movement and core power for injury prevention. Besides practicing and teaching Pilates for years, Nina is a strength and conditioning coach and a practicing nutritionist.

  • FTI – Master Functional Trainer
  • PAP – Master Pilates Trainer
  • ASCA – Strength and Conditioning Coach
