With the continuous evolution of technology, fitness apps now extend beyond the famous ‘Myfitnesspal’ and ‘Map My Run.’ Whether it is an app to track your macros, or a tabata app to time your interval training, you know you are set for a career in fitness when you have health and fitness apps on your phone.
#3 Your Wardrobe Is Filled With Activewear, The Latest Fit-Gadgets And Sneakers

Your friends may give you a little grief every time you take a photo of your immaculately presented breakfast, but social media is becoming more than just a place to store images. For those days you need a little extra motivation, an EPIC playlist is the best way to get your mind in the zone. Listening to music while training is said to be most beneficial when the beat of the music matches the tempo of the exercise being done, i.e. faster paced music when doing HIIT, or cardio and slower more mellow music when stretching or cooling down. TIP: ALWAYS remember your headphones!

You can be the strongest, the fastest, the fittest, but it takes more than your own physical ability to be a great trainer.
