Establishing a Work/Life Balance
July 11, 2011 | by

If you're fed up with your job, frustrated how many hours you spend doing something you hate, and desperate to find a career that fits around you and your family, then personal training courses online could be just what you need to kick start.

A survey last year showed that most Australians are increasingly unhappy with their work/life balance. So imagine choosing the hours you work, exercising as part of your job, and not having to be stuck sitting at a desk all day. What's more you could help hundreds of people lead healthier, happier lives and decrease their chances of getting things like heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis.

There are many routes into the fitness industry you can choose; you could become a personal trainer, gym instructor, group fitness instructor or aqua instructor, and you could specialise in strength training, working with children, elite teams, rehabilitation or working with the elderly, for example.

It's never too late to change your career when there are so many study options. At the Australian Institute of Fitness, you can choose from studying full-time, part-time or online. For more info, click here.
