Hayden Quinn's Banana and Mango Smoothie Recipe
February 29, 2016

High in fibre and nutrient rich, Hayden Quinn’s banana and mango smoothie is the post-workout recipe you need in your life. The perfect way to pack in plenty of nourishing ingredients after you hit the gym and it only takes a few minutes!

“Mango is a rich source of fibre, potassium, Vitamin A and Vitamin C and bananas are the best fruit source of vitamin B6” says Australian Institute of Fitness Nutrition Expert Shivaun Conn. Vitamin C particularly functions as an antioxidant by preventing damage to our body’s cells and is required in the formation of collagen.
