Think you have a good reason for putting off your study to become a Personal Trainer?
Meet Ayla Woodbury, current Master Trainer student and member of the Australian Navy.
For six months last year, Ayla was deployed on board the HMAS Success in the Middle East. Whilst at sea, she used her spare time to study our Master Trainer course through e-campus.
“The flexibility and structure of the Online Master Trainer course meant I could study at my own pace with my e-coach only an email away. My Captain even took time out of his busy schedule to attend some of my ‘Flight Deck Stretching’ practice classes!”
Studying at sea was of course not without its challenges Ayla says.
“The extra movement of the ship provided some entertainment when we would hit a wave and all of a sudden we had some participants head over heals on the deck. It was a pretty awesome experience to be able to practice with my crew mates from our ship as we sailed across the Indian Ocean.”
Currently completing her Trainer Experience, Ayla is passionate about inspiring and educating others to achieve health and fitness goals and can’t wait to work at her local Fitness First.
