The role of complementary medicine for fitness and health

Chances are you've probably had a taste of at least one complementary health practice and found it to be beneficial! Complementary medicine is an alternative branch of medicine that is used sometimes in conjunction with conventional medical practice and includes various modalities such as naturopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, acupuncture and aromatherapy.
