With over 12 years of combined sport and fitness coaching experience, Josh is a big advocate of evidence-based practice and has a keen interest in the science behind exercise and health.
Josh also harbours an in-built passion for helping develop great Personal Trainers to fight Sedentary Death Syndrome. He is forever optimistic about the potential of the fitness industry at large - and the profound impact that Personal Trainers can have on the wellbeing of all Australians.
A degree-qualified Personal Trainer, certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a semi-professional footballer himself, Josh takes the greatest satisfaction from guiding Australian Institute of Fitness graduates who live and breathe fitness.
