About Thamsin Dunn

Thamsin’s fitness journey started in elite sport, when she began working with high profile polo players around the world, and later ski racers in New Zealand and Spain.
Having worked in chronic health as an Exercise Scientist for eight years, Thamsin is now transitioning to the acute end, training as a Paramedic.
Through all the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology that she has learnt during her studies, Thamsin excelled as a Master Coach in SA/NT, a role she held for six years. She is now National Master Coach (Fitness Instructor and First Aid).
Thamsin loves training in a happy, positive and supportive environment, while encouraging her clients to do their best.
