She has just returned home to Adelaide from an international tour running fitness bootcamps with thousands of her fans in countries including London, New York, and The Netherlands.

On Sunday 23rd August, AIF’s Adelaide campus opened its doors to the public for an open day where people had the chance to tour the site, learn about the courses on offer and get an insight into what it’s like to study on campus for a career in the fitness industry.

Kayla is one of the Australian Institute of Fitness Adelaide team’s biggest success stories and she attended the open day where she met with current and future students and discussed her experience studying at AIF, as well as her successful fitness career to date and her recent international tour.

“I loved visiting The Adelaide Campus and seeing how amazing the new facilities are for the current and future students. It is a place where you can rely on the knowledge and understanding you acquire, as well as the supportive community of individuals that work there,” commented Kayla.  “I was blessed with the opportunity to share my personal training experiences with AIF’s current and future students.

Studying at the Australian Institute of Fitness was the perfect foundation to kick-start my career and they have continued to support me throughout my journey. Classes were not only educational but fun and engaging, which really helped me apply myself and pursue my career as a Personal Trainer.”
