FAB ROUSSETY

Fabrice Roussety (Fab) completed his Master Trainer qualification at the Australian Institute of Fitness in January 2007. Fab soon landed a position as a Personal Trainer at Vision studio North Ryde.

Fab has always been fit and active, excelling in two sports Soccer and Basketball, achieving a number of premierships in his division. Taking his passion and enthusiasm in sport along with his professionalism and dedication into his personal training has paid off.

He absolutely loves the way that the fitness industry and his choice of being involved in the fitness industry has changed his life. He wakes up everyday jumping out of bed ready and revving to go.

Within a 12 month period of building up his client base and hours, Fab was promoted to manager of vision studio North Ryde and his goal in the near future is to open a Vision franchise of his own.

What is Fab’s philosophy for a healthy lifestyle…”Istrongly believes that a balanced diet combined with regular training is the way only to go!!”
