With nearly 20 years of experience in fitness, Allan has worn many hats across varying sectors of the industry. Beginning his passion for fitness as a Personal Trainer, Allan progressed his career by becoming a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has also experienced the management side of fitness, giving him valuable business know-how.
After moving to Australia in 2011, Allan decided to change his career path and move into teaching. Today, Allan continues to use his experience and knowledge to coach future fitness professionals, while also leading our Melbourne coaching team as Training Team Captain.
