Kara graduated from her Certificate 3 & 4 over 9 years ago and never had plans to remain in the industry, but after teaching her first group class she became hooked on supporting people to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
In her years as a Personal Trainer, Kara has worked as a mixture of 1:1 PT as well as smaller and larger scale group classes. Even completing a stint in the UK where she had the opportunity to put on her management boots and not only coach clients but staff.
In 2018 after a long stint in competitive powerlifting she took on her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training and became passionate about supporting strength athletes to find balance.
