Sam Wadley

QLD Fitness Coach

Sam joined the Australian Institute of Fitness after a number of years working as a strength & conditioning coach. Through his bachelor’s degree, internship experience and employment experience, Sam has developed a strong understanding about what it takes to create an effective training environment; no matter the goals or the training ability of the individual or group he’s working with.
Sam is a big believer in a balanced approach to training that will complement, not compete, with the lifestyle of the client. Outside of work, Sam is a big sports fan, having played football and volleyball competitively as well as participating in numerous others. Additionally, he enjoys live music and beach trips on the weekend. As a coach at AIF, Sam hopes to pass on the lessons that he learnt from his mentors, so that those who participated in our fitness courses are not only job ready, but hit the ground running in their new careers.
