I have been a Personal Trainer for 8 years now, starting primarily as a Weight Loss focused coach, before moving into the Strength and Powerlifting space. In this time I have loved challenging myself across all corners of the industry, competing in fun runs, Half Marathons, Powerlifting competitions, Crossfit and Spartans.
I love being able to share an experience with my clients & students and watch others achieve the things they work so hard for – this industry is immeasurably rewarding. I have my Certificate III & IV in Fitness, TAE and am in the process of completing my Bachelor in Nutrition.
My love of food and nutrition has grown as my career in the health & fitness industry has developed, and I’m looking forward to being able to provide even more value to future clients and students.
