2012 fitness trends from the USA

Personal Trainers, this is where many of the fitness trends originate that later explode onto the Australian market originate, so its good to keep an eye out for the trends.

Every year the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) releases its top 10 fitness trends. Number one for 2012 is of particular interest; educated and experienced fitness professionals.

This further highlights the need for all Fitness Coachs to expand their skills on a regular basis. Further training will help keep you ahead of the game, and give you something different to promote. And as our population ages, and the obesity epidemic continues to spiral out of control, Fitness Trainers with more strings to their bow, and higher qualifications will be in demand.

Choosing a fitness course is one of the most important decisions you will make. You need to make sure you are given continued support, continued opportunities to expand your education, are training with a recognised institution, and training with one that has a good reputation. That is an important thing to consider today, and will be even more important in the future.
