?

When did you start at the Institute?

April 2006.

What do you love about the industry?

The people that work in it, the positive attitudes. It's completely different to other industries in the way you are basically working in a gym or outdoors.

What are you training for at the moment?

The New Zealand Ironman Triathlon. (3.8km swim, 182.2km ride, 42.2km run)

What does your training consist of?

I train everyday with either a swim, cycle or run session, often twice a day. I swim about 15km's, ride 400km's and run 70km's per week.

What past events have you competed in?

Australian Ironman, Shepparton Half Ironman, Gold Coast Half Ironman

Favourite quote?

Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever.
