Q1. What is your earliest memory of being involved in fitness?
I had A LOT of energy to burn as a kid. I was put into dancing, swimming and netball all under the age of 5!
Q2. What is your favourite type of training (i.e. Functional, crossfit, kettlebells, yoga etc doesn’t have to be one)?
Dance and group fitness classes – getting fit and having fun at the same time!
Q3. Who is your fitness role model?
Would have to be Jane Fonda the queen of group fitness!
Q4. Favourite meal for training/working out?
Can’t go past a piece of salmon with a delicious salad
Q5. What motivates you and keeps you smiling as a payments angel?
It’s hard not to smile when you work in such an amazing team. But more importantly, my motivation comes from our Friends and Warriors who we get to support every day during their journey here at AIF.
