Why not send your clients a txt message after their session to congratulate them on a great workout, or send them a message before their workout them get them pumped up and excited about their next session.
First impressions are very important for a Personal Trainer, as people will judge how well you can train by how you look. It may not be fair, but it’s often what happens, so staying fit and being well dressed will be pivotal to the success of your fitness training business. Another factor of this is being well prepared for each session. Always arrive at least ten minutes early to set up, and have a chat with your clients to build that relationship.
Your first session as a Personal Trainer will help you establish a rapport with a client. By establishing a great relationship from the start with your clients, you will be able to keep the communication doors open which is essential for motivating your client and understanding where their head is at.
