Introduction to the Human Body

In 2016, Joe began his career in allied health and fitness as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, as well as a Myotherapist. After several years of hands-on experience, Joe was offered an opportunity to become an educator as a Coach at the Australian Institute of Fitness. He is now a Master Coach in Queensland, leading the training delivery of remedial massage and fitness qualifications.

Prior to this, Joe worked as a lifeguard and combat first aider in the military; roles in which his love for human physiology and fitness grew and flourished into the career he has today.

Joe’s interests lie in strength and conditioning, anatomy and physiology, as well as in neuroscience and its relationship to exercise. His interests extend into sports and leading an active lifestyle himself – activities which he passionately engages in and continuously relates back to his own professional development, ensuring his ability to consistently deliver education that is fresh, fun and interesting.
